Build better financial products
Clean, standardized income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial ratios from SEC EDGAR XBRL filings. Get your free API key and start building.
From SEC filing to clean API in 3 steps
No raw XBRL. No manual parsing.
We Parse the SEC
Our 10-phase ETL pipeline downloads and normalizes XBRL filings from SEC EDGAR — the same data the SEC uses for regulatory oversight.
We Standardize & Derive
Raw XBRL QNames map to canonical financial metrics. Facts are deduplicated, verified, and accounting-equation rules fill in missing totals.
You Query via REST
Clean financial data served through a typed REST API. One call gets you a company's income statement, balance sheet, or cash flow.
Financial data without the friction
XBRL parsing, normalization, and hosting — done for you.
Clean REST API
Query income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and ratios for any US public company. One endpoint per statement type.
XBRL-Normalized
Every metric is mapped from raw XBRL QNames to canonical names. "us-gaap:AssetsCurrent" becomes "Total Assets" — consistently across companies.
49+ Financial Ratios
Liquidity, leverage, profitability, efficiency, solvency, and cash flow ratios, computed via accounting-equation derivation.
TTM & Historical
Trailing-twelve-months (TTM) aggregation and full historical data back to 2011. Query by fiscal year, quarter, or TTM.
10,000+ Companies
All US public companies that file XBRL with the SEC. From mega-caps to micro-caps, active and de-registered filers.
Open Source
Full pipeline and API server are open source (MIT). Audit every transformation or run your own instance.
Three statements, one pattern
Same query interface for every statement type.
Revenue breakdown
Total revenue, operating revenue, and other income — consistently named across companies.
EPS fields
Basic and diluted EPS, weighted-average shares outstanding.
Expense detail
COGS, R&D, SG&A, operating income, interest, taxes — full waterfall.
TTM & quarterly
Query by fiscal year, quarter, or trailing-twelve-months.
Income Statement
Revenue, COGS, operating expenses, net income — standardized across 10,000+ filers.

What's coming next
Here is what we are building — in the order we are building it.
Sector-Specific Grading
Financial ratio grades normalized against industry peers, not the entire market. A "B" in retail means something different than a "B" in biotech — we now show you the context.
Discounted Cash Flow Analysis
DCF valuation endpoint pulling projections from the standardized financial data. Enterprise value, terminal value, WACC — computed and returned as a single API response.
Insider Trading Reports
Parse SEC Form 4 filings to surface insider buying and selling activity — which executives are putting their own capital behind their public statements.
Alpha Picks Ranking Engine
Multi-factor ranking using percentile normalization, time-series momentum, volatility targeting, and regime-aware portfolio construction — powered entirely by our standardized data.
